May 13, 2011: Competed in Stella Link Seville's Mr., Ms. & Miss Gay Pride Houston 2011 Pageant and won the title of Mr. Gay Pride Houston 2011! Congratulations to Vivica Perry, Miss Gay Pride Houston 2011 and Jen Mason, Ms. Gay Pride Houston 2011.
Pageant was held at Brazos River Bottom and benefitted PWA Holiday Charities.

On behalf of Mikey Gill and myself, thanks to everyone who came out to the Brazos River Bottom for our “Comedy Night” show and for helping raise $105 for PWA Holiday Charities, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit charitable organization. Thanks to our Co-Emcee, Boo Boo Stutes, President, The Colt 45s, for keeping the show moving along. Thanks to our fabulous cast who performed along with both Mikey and me: Isabella Rose Mink, Miss Mint Julep 2010; Susan Hayes; KC of the Bayou City Bears; Jackie Thorne, Charter Member, PWA Holiday Charities and Alex Stroud, Mr. Mint Julep 2010. Thanks to David Adams, Treasurer, PWA Holiday Charities, for help as Show Accountant, Event Promoter and Graphic Designer. Truly, Mikey and I were both pleasantly surprised to receive Certificates of Appreciation from Don Gill, President, PWA Holiday Charities, on behalf of an organization that we all hold near and dear to our hearts. So thank you to everyone affiliated with PWA Holiday Charities for recognizing our efforts! Thank you  to the bar staff and management of the Brazos River Bottom for allowing us an evening to host our “Comedy NIght” show.  Most of all, thanks to everyone who donated one dollar at a time to our chosen beneficiary, PWA Holiday Charities.
